Worked with clients to breakdown and illustrate the impact of union contract on overall cost base on an item by item basis, including cash and non-cash items as part of service to create a win/win contract environment. Worked with unionized clients to design and implement union ratified cost out programmes, including voluntary redundancy schemes built to the specific demographic of the business. Assisted clients entering the Caribbean market to appreciate and gain quick understanding of the labour relations environment as a key input and contextual item for their investment.
