Conducted a 360° review and feedback process for senior managers as part of the organisation’s Leadership Development programme. Conducted one on one reviews to counsel participants in their interpretation of their personal reports and guide the integration of findings into future leadership behaviours and plans. Prepared and conducted a briefing for the executive group to engage them in the process and build appreciation for their role in future management coaching and development of the desired leadership culture of the organisation.
