National private sector association (2011-2012)

Worked with business service organisations (BSOs) and local SMEs to prepare business plans and develop projects and proposals for submission to international donors and funding institutions. Provided training and coaching in Results Based project design and proposal writing to build local capacity among BSOs and SMEs.  Wrote a project design and proposal writing manual to enable Caribbean SMEs to access international donor and IFI funding (http://tradeteam.bb/resources/manual-for-writing-results-based-project-proposals/).
