Jamaican government and an international financing institution (2010-2013)
Provided strategic, organisational and programming advice to government agencies involved in youth training and employment; and worked towards development of a Corporate Engagement Strategy to build public private sector partnership in national youth development. This work involved review and assessment of institutional roles, responsibilities, programming, service delivery, use of IT&S and communications and recommendations for improved collaboration to improve citizen centred service delivery, with reference to international best practices. As part of this work, arranged for a study tour to Canada to explore experiences from ministry level (policy and oversight) to implementation through youth service agencies.
