Conducted a Job Evaluation, Classification and Compensation Review to harmonize roles, job descriptions and establish a compensation regime for the organisation. Through a consultative and comparative approach, reviewed and revised job descriptions into a common format, evaluated jobs across the organisation and prepared a job classification and pay grading scheme. Further conducted a compensation review of jobs within the organisation and in relation to roles within comparator / peer organisations across the Caribbean region. Based on research, recommended pay scales for each role within the organisation. Provided recommendations for internal communications and implementation to assist the organisation in managing change.
