Reviewed and updated the Human Resources Policy and Procedures to provide the HR framework for effective organisational performance. Consulted closely with the leadership to establish priorities and ensure compatibility of recommendations with organisational objectives and culture. Researched comparable policies and procedures across CARICOM organisations to establish relevant benchmarks and identify relevant policies and practices for adoption/adaptation.
