Regional development fund (2012)

Reviewed, updated and revised Programme Guidelines (policies, processes, tools and templates) to reflect Results Based approaches in design, selection, management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects under the country funding portfolio.  Consulted with internal and external stakeholder to elicit feedback and input on existing procedures.  Researched practices, tools and templates used by similar organisations. Presented on key principles of the revised approach to Board of Directors and trained personnel in use of new Guidelines, tools and templates.  The Guidelines are publicly posted for the use of regional stakeholders:
