In respect of a merger and acquisition, provided services in organisational design and human resources management. This work included the evaluation of operating models to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness; reviewing best practices in control and performance management used by competitors and peers; exploring and identifying leadership capabilities required to successfully complete the M&A and organic growth agenda; recommending approaches to cultural integration and processes to retain and reward key executives and employees; and facilitating the development of communication strategies and processes to ensure employee engagement in the change.
