We reviewed and adapted best control and performance management practices used by competitors and peers and explored and identified leadership capabilities to complete the M&A and organic growth agenda. We recommended approaches to cultural integration and processes to retain and reward key executives and employees and facilitated the development of communication strategies and procedures to ensure employee engagement in the change.
